Point Topic: UK Sentiment Analysis
Broadband Operators and UK News Coverage
In August 2025, Point Topic conducted a sentiment analysis is a study of UK media coverage across 200 broadband organisations, based on 7,728 news articles published over the past 13 years, conducted with permission of ISPReview. Using a model that combines data modelling, AI and the Point Topic Ontology, we analysed how positive news perception of individual organisations is, and categorised articles into themes such as network expansion, regulation, and technology.
